Runway Refund Policy

Effective Date

This Refund Policy is effective from 3 August 2026.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Sole Coding, operated by Kay Weng Foong, offers a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee for a customer's first Runway Pro purchase.

You may request a refund for any reason within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. This guarantee applies to the original Runway Pro licence purchase, not to a repurchase by the same customer after an earlier refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email kaylek207@gmail.com within the 14-day window and include:

• the email address used for the purchase;
• the Lemon Squeezy order number; and
• a brief description of the reason, if you are comfortable sharing it.

The reason helps us improve Runway but is not required for an otherwise eligible request.

Never send us your password, provider API key, access token, or full Runway Pro licence key. We do not need those secrets to review a refund.

What Happens After a Refund

If a refund is approved, the associated Runway Pro licence may be deactivated. Paid features will no longer be available under that licence, while any free features may remain available under the current product offering.

A refund does not necessarily remove Runway, local app data, provider credentials, or Keychain entries from your Mac. You are responsible for disconnecting providers and removing local data you no longer want to keep.

Processing Time

We will submit an approved refund through Lemon Squeezy. The time required to process it and show the funds in your account depends on Lemon Squeezy, your payment method, your bank, and other payment providers. We cannot guarantee a specific settlement date.

When the Voluntary Guarantee May Not Apply

We may refuse this voluntary guarantee where there is reasonable evidence of:

• fraud or an unauthorised purchase claim that requires payment-provider review;
• repeated purchase-and-refund behaviour;
• licence sharing, resale, or use by more than the permitted user or devices;
• manipulation of the app, licence, activation, or refund process; or
• other material abuse of Runway or this policy.

This exception does not remove any remedy you have under mandatory law.

Requests After 14 Days

After 14 calendar days, change-of-mind refunds are not normally offered. We will still consider a request where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, or where an unresolved material defect gives you a legal right to one.

Please contact support first when a technical problem may be resolved. Contacting support does not reduce or waive a mandatory consumer right.

Lemon Squeezy's Role

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for Runway Pro and handles the payment transaction, taxes, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks. Its Buyer Terms also apply to your transaction.

Lemon Squeezy may administer or issue a refund under its policies, discretion, or legal obligations. Its processing requirements may apply in addition to this voluntary policy.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

This policy adds a voluntary 14-day guarantee. It does not exclude, restrict, or replace mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, or remedies that apply in your country or region. If local law gives you a longer period or another non-excludable remedy, that law prevails.
